Simran has done her masters in commerce and a bachelors in education which makes her a great teacher. Having taught at the university for four years gave her a wide experience in human relations and resource management. Global warming resulting in forest fires and floods besides fast depleting glaciers awakened her to do her bit towards conservation of environment. Baljinder Sandhu did his diploma in Community Welfare Works from Stott's College Melbourne after his undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering. As an entrepreneur he is Managing Director Quality hotel Mildura Grand and Spanish Grill Bistro. He is a keen sportsman and is the brand ambassador for Willowfest Cricket Championship Australia and Vice President Mildura east Cricket Club. His love for a sustainable growth originates from his involvement in the sports which builds team spirit and community service. A realization that fashion industry is one of the biggest pollutant pulled him towards the Eco Fashion Labels. To fulfil his dream of contributing to the environment he has taken the leadership role of developing and sustaining ‘Eco Fashion Labels’ which will take the message of sustainable fashions across the globe. He strongly feels that ‘we need to leave this planet in a much better state than what we inherited’ which makes him committed to sustainable growth.
Balbir is a soldier, sportsman and a leader who hung his uniform after an illustrious career in the Indian Army spanning almost four decades. A thorough professional, an active polo player and a golfer who recently completed his doctorate in strategic studies. He was head of Indian Army logistics catering to needs of troops deployed pan India in varying terrain. His service in remote areas made him passionate about nature conservation. His ambition to give back to the society makes him part of the leadership team of ‘Eco Fashion Labels’ which stands for ethical practices in fashion industry and conservation of environment in an era of climate change and global warming.
